• Location: ZIP code, city, and training location preference
• Scheduling preferences
• How you found the site: campaign tags, referring page, and first page visited
• A one-way hashed version of your IP address, used only to prevent spam and limit repeated submissions

We do not ask for medical or psychiatric diagnoses. Please don't include them.

To respond to your request, plan training safely, and follow up by the method you chose.

Submissions are stored with a secure cloud database provider and are not readable from the public website. When email notifications are enabled, an email delivery provider sends a notice of your request to Presley Canine.

If analytics are enabled, they are privacy-conscious and are not sent your form answers.

Presley Canine does not sell your personal information.

Leads are reviewed and deleted when no longer needed. Closed leads are deleted after a set period, which is being confirmed.
